Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Project Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. If work has already commenced after 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus applicable service fees. Approved refunds will be processed within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 10 business days via your original payment method.

2. Ongoing Subscriptions
Subscription services (if applicable) can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has started.
