Unscript AI Private Limited (“we”, us”, “Unscript”) is the author and publisher of the internet resource, https://unscript.ai/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected software and applications provided by Unscript (collectively, the “Site”).
Please carefully go through these Terms of Service (“User Terms”), read with the Privacy Policy [Insert Link of Privacy Policy] and Payment Terms, Refund, and Cancellation Policy [Insert Link of the Policy] available on the Site before you decide to access the Site or avail of any services. These User Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and Unscript and shall apply to and govern your visit to and use, of the Site programming interfaces, software, tools, data, documentation, or website and any of its products or services whether through a computer or a mobile phone as well as to all information, recommendations and or Services provided to You on or through the Site.
This Agreement defines the terms of service under which you are allowed to use the Site and describes the manner in which we shall treat your account while you are registered as a member with us. These User Terms apply to the services made available by Unscript on the Site and to other users/visitors of the Site.

iii) the rules, regulations, guidelines, and clarifications framed there under, including SPI Rules and the IG Rules as amended from time to time.
All of the defined and capitalized terms in these User Terms will have the meaning assigned to them here below:
You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the Services, or visit or use the Site in any manner. By registering, visiting, and using the Site or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to Unscript that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Site and the Services available through the Site, and agree to and abide by this Agreement.
i) You will only use the Site and Service for Your sole, personal use and will not resell or assign it to a third party;
ii) You will not use an account that is subject to any rights of a person other than You without appropriate authorization;
iii) You will not use the Services or Site for unlawful purposes;
iv) You will not try to harm the Service, Site or our network in any way whatsoever;
v) You may not use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods), or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Services;
vi) You will provide Unscript with such information and documents which Unscript may reasonably request;
vii) You may not submit, transmit, display, perform, post, or store any content that is inaccurate, illegal, including copyrighted images without consent, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, harmful, hateful, cruel, insensitive, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
viii) You will not duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decode the Services or attempt to do any of the same;
ix) You will not use the Services for bullying, disruptive or objectionable purposes, or in violation of our policies and standards, including our Privacy Policy or for political campaigning or lobbying purposes, or for fraudulent, inciting, organizing, promoting or facilitating violence or criminal or harmful activities;
x) You shall not attempt to bypass, deactivate, or otherwise disrupt security features of the Site, including those that prevent or limit the use or copying of any Content or enforce restrictions on the Site's use and/or the Content therein;
xi) You will not upload or send viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (repeated posting of identical text), that disrupts any party's uninterrupted use of the Site or alters, impairs, disrupts, modifies, or interferes with the Site's use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance.
xii) You will not attempt to impersonate another user or individual or use another user's username.
xiii) You will comply with all Applicable Laws from your country of domicile and residence and the country, state and/or city in which You are present while using the Site or Service; and
xiv) You are aware of and shall comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules, regulations and guidelines notified thereunder as amended from time to time.

(ii) Connecting for any further details;
(iii) Resolving any complaints, information, or queries;
Unscript shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligations under these User Terms if the performance is prevented, hindered, or delayed by a Force Majeure Event, and in a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these User Terms shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues
i) belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right;
ii) is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
iii) harm minors in any way;
iv) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
v) violates any law for the time being in force;
vi) deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
vii) impersonate another person;
viii) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
ix) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
i) violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the Site, or any content of Unscript;
ii) transmitting any information (including job posts, messages and hyperlinks) on or through the Site that is disruptive or competitive or prejudicial to the provision of Services;
iii) intentionally submitting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information;
iv) making any unsolicited communications to other Users;
v) using any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site;
vi) attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Site;
vii) copying or duplicating in any manner any of the information available from the Site;
viii) framing or hot linking or deep linking any of the information available from the Site.
At our sole discretion, we may extend 5 (Five) complementary video credits to new users who sign up on the Site. Throughout this duration, no fees will be assessed to the account. Following the trial period, unless explicitly canceled, the account will automatically transition to a paid subscription and will be billed accordingly. You agree that you have no title or interest in these complementary credits, which are not legal tender, and which Unscript may revoke at any time. If you create more than one account or otherwise attempt to fraudulently obtain complementary credits we reserve the right to charge you the purchase price for Services you obtain using the credits or revoke your access to the Services.
You acknowledge and consent that any inquiries, remarks, proposals, concepts, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are not confidential and will become our exclusive property. We will possess full rights, including all intellectual property rights, and will have the unrestricted authority to utilize and distribute these Submissions for any lawful purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without any recognition or compensation to you. You hereby relinquish all moral rights pertaining to any such Submissions, and you affirm that any Submissions provided are either original to you or that you hold the necessary rights to submit them. You agree not to hold us liable for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unscript, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, representatives and partners from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from User’s access to or use of Service, violation or breach of these User Terms, any Applicable Law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein or infringement by any other User of his/her/its account, of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Unscript will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide us with assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.
(i) any content posted, transmitted, exchanged or received by or on behalf of any user or other person on or through the Site;
(ii) any other matter relating to the Site or the Service.
i) Such User breaches any terms and conditions of the Agreement;
ii) A third party reports the violation of any of its rights as a result of your use of the Services.
iii) Unscript is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to Unscript by a User;
iv) Unscript has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on part of such User; or;
v) Unscript believes in its sole discretion that User’s actions may cause legal liability for such User, other Users or Unscript or are contrary to the interests of the Site.
The User hereby authorizes Unscript to carry out his instructions, effecting such transactions as may be permitted by Unscript from time to time, in accordance with these User Terms and such other terms as may be specified.
For any transaction which may be permitted by Unscript from time to time, Unscript’ own records of such transactions maintained through computer systems or otherwise, shall be accepted as conclusive and binding for all purposes. The record of the transaction as generated from the systems of Unscript shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of such transactions.
These User Terms are subject to the laws of India and courts of Bangalore shall have jurisdiction over disputes or differences arising out of the same. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these User Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Site, the Service (collectively, “Disputes”) the parties shall attempt to settle the same amicably, through negotiation and consultation at such offices of Unscript as Unscript may designate. In the event the dispute is not resolved internally after at least 30 (thirty) days of negotiation, in good faith, the same shall be subject to binding and final arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The reference shall be made to a sole arbitrator appointed by Unscript.
If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision shall be excluded from this Agreement and the remainder of the Agreement shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event, the Agreement shall be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal.
In the event of any contradiction or inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement executed between You and Unscript, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail unless the exception has been expressly agreed to in writing by making reference to the relevant Clause sought to be modified under this Agreement.
No provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by Unscript. Any consent by Unscript or a waiver by Unscript for any breach by you, whether expressed or implied, shall not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
Unless otherwise expressly set forth herein, Unscript makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in any location. Those who choose to access this Site agree to do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Services that are part of the Site do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy to any person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. By using the Site and our services, you agree that you do so at your own risk.
